those who reflashed for bigger tires???

putting on a set of moto metal 951's 18x9 and dick cepek radial FC11's 33x13.5x18's. what do i have to tell the dealer to do to change the speedo for the bigger tires. need as much specific info as possible! when i ask my dealer to do somthing out of the ordinary they usally look at me like i'm on fire! TIA....james
