Ordered twins, Tell me how I did.
I decieded to go for it this afternoon, so I called and talked to harry at pdr. I'm guess I'm going with the "towing twins", because I do tow alot and my truck is more of a work truck than a racer. I'll probaly never put it on a dyno, hook to a sled, or go to the strip, but I do want to surprise a buddy of mine and his 6.0, and last I would like to be able to use more of the settings on the TST.
I gotten to where I drive kinda like a grandpa because that the way my truck gets the best mileage. Plus, I'm kinda lazy about shifting out of 6th.
I drive this truck around a farm most of the time, usally with at least a 1000#s misc. in the back. When I tow its usally a big tractor or backhoe or something like that.
What are yall's thoughts and opinons on piers setup? Will this be good setup for what I do with the truck or should I've gone with something else. My concerns are drivabilty, reliability, egt while towing, and spanking that 6.0
