bully dog power pup problem help

i had a problem today with my bully dog power pup.i was going to tow one of my trailers so i tried to download the tow program on my power pup.well it got to 62 percent and it froze up.so after a while i pulled the plug.when i tried to reconnect it it said i had to recover my program and that i had to disconnect my batteries ,turn my key on in the run position and hit the power pup y button.well it downloaded the program until it reached the point where it says to wait for initialization when it counts down from 9 to one.but it freezes on one and never finishes.i have done this several times all day and i'm stuck.anyone know what to do??
