3 rd Gen Cams

OK, we have PDR cam, Scheid cam, F1 Helix cam!
Whats the pros and cons to these cams?
How much does each one of these cost?
And what should I expect to pay to have one installed? Because everyones shop rates are different, maybe total man hours and shop supplies might be a way to answer this!
