Warranty

Has anyone had issue w/cummings dodge warranty on the 06 models?.
I was informed this morning that if i change any component on the 06 dodge will not honor warranty it will be voided.
I f i was off road and tore the exhaust and replaced it with a (NON MORPAR) part the warranty will be voided. This includes a cold air pack for intake or any thing related.
This I do believe is against the law.
Anyone know for sure
