How much tranny do I need

Here is the deal, I am looking at ordering a tranny for my truck, haven't figured out what brand yet, but that doesn't really matter. I have a triple dog power pup, afe intake, guages, and exhaust already, and would like a tranny that could handle stacking another chip, and a turbo upgrade. Probably to an SP66.

How much tranny will I need? Billet everything? none? or just the flywheel and input shaft? The truck is used for daily driving mostly, and towing light loads, under 9,000 lbs. and of course the occasional truck pull and drag race.
