What EGT Temps Expected Post Turbo?

Check out my SIG....I am just wondering what i should expect for temps as far as towing.....What should be the limit....I have heard of guys only hitting about 850 to 900 towing...Just wondering if they not towing heavy loads or what...Maybe my gauge is off...Dont know just trying to be more SAFE than SORRY....I towed a trailer that weighs about 4k empty and i could hit about 1000-1100 going up the pass....And with it full it would hit about the same....Just wondering what the limit is before i should let her cool down....THANKS
