tst twins programmer

I am looking at getting the tst for my truck. Would like to know the difference from the stock tst programmer and the twin programmer on the 2003. Old girl has twins,fass,ported,studs,fire rings,injectors and full dtt. Truck is a daily driver and still will be. Do tow at times but very seldom over 15000. Just a few time a year. Mainly a daily driver and work truck and have to kill a few hot rods now and then. I feel so bad when i crush them with a 4x4 diesel.

Would like to here of real world experience with the two and similar set up and usees.
