06 engine light!!!

I just got an 2006 cummins with 6 spd and I have 3500 miles on it and the engine light is on If I turn the key on and off it gives the codes po191 and po513?? anybody know what that means??

I did put a staight pipe on it but that shouldn't do nothing should it?? Thanks!!!!!!!
