New Truck?

I've been doing some thinking and am entertaining the idea of getting a new truck. I currently have an 04.5 Laramie almost completely optioned out minus the tow mirrors and electronic sliding rear window. It has 70K on it. I would like the same truck in 06 model and am wondering how much my payments might go up if I opted for the $3500 incentive and a loan at 5%. Supposedly my truck is worth $27,000 trade-in. I believe there is someone in Idaho everyone recommends to talk to??? Or maybe Tommygun? 3% below invoice? Just kicking around the idea and wanted to see if anyone had an opinion.
