Those with twins - straight piped?
I love how my truck sounds now - really deep like a 1st gen, yet mellow baritone, turbo whistling sound - with the 4" straight through muffler and single turbo. In a few weeks I'll be installing twin turbos and will have to modify my exhaust to fit them. I am wondering from the folks that have "been there, done that" how much they will quiet the exhaust?
So far I have PM'd a couple 3rd gen members - one with stacks and one with 5" exhaust - and both don't mind the straight piped twin turbo sound.
Keep in mind I drive a lot with the radio off too just to hear the Cummins sing... but I don't want to get to like when I ran an open downpipe for a week (ears ringing)!
-Thanks-
