truck sputters

i have a 2003 dodge 3500 quad cab six speed. Just replaced the lift pump tuesday and fuel filter today. Truck will start blowing white smoke backfiring and will not revv up like normal. These are the codes.

Any help is greatly appreciated. When it backfires it blows one hell of a flame out the rear end. I really have no idea what is going on. once it surges you can push the clutch in revv it up and sometimes it will revv and sometimes it will not thanks
