Will Superchips wipe out Dodge flash for 1-2-1-2 Transmission shift ?

Will Superchips wipe out Dodge flash for 1-2-1-2 Transmission shift ?

Will Superchips progam wipe out Dodge flash for 1-2-1-2-1-2 flash ?If I remove Superchip program and put back stock to have Dodge flash (18-003-06 ) for Transmission 1-2-1-2-1-2 , starts easy and no white smoke , just trans.
Then go back and reinstall Superchips propgram , will that cancel out flash for transmission problem ?

2006 CTD MegaCab , KN air filter, swiss cheesed , lost cat , stock tires
