White smoke

A guy at work is looking at an 03 dually, he went and drove the truck but said the truck had a white haze at start-up and while driving down the road.Dealer told him it was condensation in the exhaust.I didn't buy that, i was worried about coolant leak, dealer said it could be bad injector.Truck has 166,000 miles, what do you guys think?Randy
