2006 QC...Cat or Res?

Well guys...been off this board for a while and came back and have been searching for and answer that I can not seem to find. I have found some conflicting information as to whether the 06 QC's contain a Cat or a resonator?

I just traded in my two 2004 QC's for two 2006 QC's. On my 04's I had a res and a muffler. On the 06's, I can not figure out if the little canister in front of the muffler is a resonator or a cat. Does anyone know? I'm getting ready to work my magic and lower the EGT's, but I need to know what all I can do to the exhaust system.
