06 with a ticking noise

truck started a louder ticking noise about 1 month after i bought it. id say it had about 3k on it. no check engine lights. since the truck is so new to me i decided to find one like it on the dealer lot and run them side by side. the noise is definatly not normal as ive checked with 3 trucks all speced the same. i thought it was an injectors noise and took it in. dealer didnt find any codes. what should i check? i dont like the idea of driving this thing and possibly causing damage that wont bite my till after warrenty
