Transmission shudder

I just purchased an 06 2500 Mega cab with an automatic. I noticed a slight shudder when taking off. I didnt think much about it till I towed my 5thwheel and boat to Missouri. When taking off the truck shudders bad. Now empty it dosent any more. Do you think I It will go away or take it in? By the way I still like my 99 with lots toys Thanks for your input.
