HOw soon is to soon for synthetic?

I know the engine needs to to 15k for proper break in!

But what about the nv5600 and the rear end?

The last couple of days my tranny is real notchy going into 2nd and 6th 6300 miles. Remember I bought this 05 in June brand new!
