ATS 3 Piece Manifold on 2006?

I bought a set of ATS twins and it has the 3-Piece Manifold on it. Will it still work on the 2006? Because from what I see, ATS makes the 3-piece for the 94-02 and the 2 piece for the common rails. Any input?
