ANy problem with a truck that sat on the lot for a while?

I noticed my new truck was built in July of 05. It must have sat on the lot for a while. It had 172 miles on it when I bought it, but I used that to my advantage!! LOLOL My rear tires are cracking a tiny timy bit, but everything else loks clean. Is there really a problem with a truck sitting that long???

I guess nobody wanted the Long bed 3500 SRW! But I looked forever! Thanks for the replies!
