lift pump question
So I think I lost my transfer pump on my 2004. I did get a P-0628 code which from what I can gather is low voltage at the lift pump. So I checked the voltage at the connector that is on the back of the filter housing and it reads 12 volts when the ignition is first turned to the run position, then goes to 8 volts within three seconds. So thats the story...any help would be appreciated.
