Does revving hurt?
Someone told me the other day that "revving" a diesel is not good...that the engine should not see high rpm without a load on it. Is this right? Sometimes I've put the TST on 9/9 and punched it a few times at idle to puff a couple clouds...maybe this isn't good? --Eric
