I hate to complain about the Bullydog tripledog, but...
I have the tripledog which I admit, if I was swapping to ford or chevy would be well worth the money I paid, but I am kind of disappointed. First, I can't find any test data regarding EGT's on an otherwise stock 3rd gen truck whatsoever. I also went to a 35" 12.50/17 tire (dick cepek FC II's) and can't calibrate the speedo. I don't have enough money for an outlook monitor and have heard they are cheaply made. (bought my tires used at a great price!) Even with an outlook I would like to be able to watch my expensive and nicely designed DC speedometer and get accurate speed readings. ANother thing that bothers me is there is still no economy specific program, heck , they still recommend running at +90 HP for best economy while I see maybe an extra 1 mpg empty on +50 HP driving like a granny. It did the same with 33" tires! On +90 it drinks a bit more fuel. I am eyeing the Big G for that garunteed +3 mpg! Anyway, I would love to control my tranny shift points or firmness in my auto but can't do that either! Maybe if other ram ctd lovers write in they can get Bullydog to respond with better software releases and some test data! I am also eyeing the hypertech PP 3! COme on B-dog, make my $550 bucks worth it!
