mp8 and 06 stock auto good idea?

i didnt want to do a box until i did some tranny upgrades but i cannont sell the mp8 i had off of my old truck. so i am thinking about sending it in and having programed for an 06 (it is calling me to put it on the truck everytime i lay eyes on it

). Will my stock 48re be in harms way with just the mp8 on it, are has anyone seen problems in the fuel system caused from just the mp8? Thanks for any input
