Twins questions?

We were thinking about building a set of twins for my buddy's truck, Nothing too special, but not much money. I already have an ht3b kicking around, and was just curious if the manifold would flip on these trucks. I have a 24v, so I don't know the specifics on these trucks. and just trying to find out what I'll need before I start.

So do I "NEED" a two piece manifold? We may end up installing one anyways, but just curious if I need one to make it work.

Do I have to worry about relocating any lines whether it be A/C or Trans heat exchanger, or heater lines?

I just want to know what kinds of things to look out for, thanks guys.
