Just a "Little" Rough sometimes....

Has anyone experienced their rngine idling a LITTLE rough say after a long drive in Hot weather or a hard pull, etc... My 06 idles rough just a little once in a while now that the weather has gotten hotter. Usually happens if I have been running the AC a while. No codes, not a nousiance, not an OUNCE of smoke of any color. No noticeable loss of power and MPG has actually INCREASED over the last few 1,000 miles. I had the long crank flash done a few weeks ago and switched to the GENOS Fuel FIlter top, but thats about it, not a SINGLE long crank since the flash and thats when my MPG's started going up.. just curious.... thanks!
