Juice/EZ Stack settings?

I just added an EZ to my truck with the mods in my Sig, i was wondering if anyone out there has some suggestions as to what settings to run. I thought i read awhile ago that one shouldn't use the highest setting on the EZ. Anyway all suggestions would be appreciated.
