EGT's are going through the roof??

If you read my sig you can see what I have done to my truck. I am wondering what I should do first. Keep in mind I wish my truck didnt have as much lag as it does. Some ideas I have had are:
1. upgrading my aurora 2000 turbo to a 3000 hybrid?
2. intercooler and whose?
3. ?
