25170
That's the highest rail pressure I see with Quad Race box on 3. With the recent posts on failed injectors...possibly due to higher-than-stock pressures from after-market boxes or programs, I thought I'd ask you guys what the "MAX" pressure is that you see on your rigs. The "25170" reading is the highest I can get whether on hard acceleration empty...hard uphill heavy towing or spirited passing on the double-yellow. With the box "off" pressure builds slower and my "top-end" pressure is maybe 1,000 lbs. lower. Seem's "Quad"s pressure-profile (ie: 'curve') is maybe a bit more on the 'conservative' side with respect to how fast pressure builds and top-end limits compared to what I'm hearing other box-users confess (or complain as the case may be).
Oh... (details). Got 62,000 touble-free miles on the clock...no (knock-on-wood) injector issues. I'm putting Power Service and MMO in at every fill up....most of my fill ups are Sinclair B5..regular filter changes...Mostly city...some highway miles. What-say-you?
