Venturi bypass/full flow filter combo?

I have seen a filter that I would like to try. It is sold by Cummins and is a full flow spin on filter that has a bypass section inside the shell. It looks to be a bypass system that you can spin on and does both. I did a search and found that back in 02 there was not one sold for our 5.9, but I was wondering if that had changed or if there is one that would work.
