Quad Tow Box

Are the Quadzilla XZT tow boxs safe for a 03rd gen truck? What is the stock rail pressures at idle, part throttle and WOT?
What are they with this when you use this box?
My truck could use a little more umph to pull my little 8000 lb camper.
Any ideas would be nice. Thanks
