Electric Fan Clutch

I have broken 2 belt tensioner in one week, the cast aluminum arm snap on both of them. The 2nd time it happen the wire/cable with 6 little wires in it that goes to the fan hub was cut. I need to get the fan clutch off and not sure what to do to get it off. I have the fan and shroud unbolted as well as the fan shroud mounting points. Do I take out the little bolts in the fan pulley? Or do I ...? Thanks for any help.

Note: If you break a belt tensioner Cummins Parts Dealer is the cheapest.
Cummins--$75 Same Exact Part As Stock-- C&H is in the Casting
Advanced Auto--$130 Same Exact Part As Stock--C&H is in the Casting
Dodge Dealer--$225 Same Exact Part As Stock--C&H is in the Casting
