New Transmission here! Thank you Brown's Diesel!!!

Well, today I picked up my truck after a complete tranny rebuild by Brown's Diesel, in Riverdale,CA. Last week I called Richard, of Brown's Diesel, expressing problems with my transmission. When I purchased my truck about 8 months ago, it came complete with a DTT rebuild (TC, VB, rebuild kit, input shaft, etc.). From the beginning I noticed shifting issues (especially after adding a Smarty) and in overdrive noted TCC slippage. I spoke with Richard about my issues and it was determined that I was in need of a rebuild. I told Richard that because my wife's and my schedules were so tight it would be difficult to get my truck down to him to have him fix it up. Richard told me that he would be available to fix my truck up in one weekend. He spoke with me about my needs and future plans of the truck and put the order in with Goerend Transmission. This Saturday morning I got my truck down to Richard. By Saturday night Richard called and informed me that my truck was fixed up and ready to go. Apparently my rear drum and band were fried, along with most of the clutch packs and the TC.

After picking the truck up we took the truck for a testdrive. WOW! The truck has never drove so well. Shifts were on time and smoot(not early, harsh and erratic as before), and the truck took off quickly upon full throttle, without considerable lag as I had experienced before.

Great job Richard and Goerends. You all provide excellent serivice and excellent product. I whole heartedly recommend these two companies to everyone in need of tranny service. Thanks alot Reb!!!
