Cummins response to oil testing...

SO far if you read the front page of the TDR website it says that the Valvolene premium blue is not doing so well in the CJ-4 testing. Why would cummins endorse this oil if indeed it is inferior to other oils on the market?? I am getting ready for an oil change in my 07 to get rid of the break in oil and was going to go with the Premium blue.. any ideas guys???
