Mobil 400 Cj-4 And Ci-4 The Same

I was told today by a manager of the store that the mobil 400 15-40 weight cj-4 and ci-4 were the same blend and that the only thing that was different was the box labeling. I am wondering is this true since I have just recently changed my oil and am now useing the cj-4 instead of the ci-4. I read the recent TDR and the article about the oils.
