CI+4 oil and CJ oil

OK now that i have read about the ci and cj oils I went to my ownere book and it states CI 4 only and if you don't use it the valves could be burnt. Now i have been using Shell Rotella T for 41K and never thought I had to look at the API label. When i read the last TDR I went to walmart and shure enough shell rotella t is a CJ oil. My question is how long shouild I leave the CJ in and should I be conserned that I might burn out the valves?

I never thought changing oil would be so confusing. And CI oil is not easy to get. The only one I saw at Wallys was their super tec. Thanks Ski
