Fleetgaurd Airfilter

I just put a fleetgaurd air filter in again. I had a wix in last. With a new fleetgaurd in it the vacuum gage gets drawing down right away, not with the wix. fleetgaurd has that foam on it. I dont think munch of it. What do you guys think of these.
