Warrantee on ECM ?

I probably know the anwser to this but can someone verify the warantee on the ECM? Long story short, I have had a problem with my truck since it had 40,000 miles on it. Dealer after dealer manages to charge me a bill, tell me something else is wrong and never fix my problem. The problem finally got progressivly worse. I pull a trailer all over the country and it finally just about failed. I found a shop in Las Vegas, NV that seems to be very knowledgable and has found a problem poping up (po606) Problem is I now have 150,000 miles on the truck and there's no way I can trace the services back to prove an existing problem. Looks like I am in for an ecm for $2000, unless there is an unlimited mileage warrantee on them, which they sometimes do.
