difficult reverse

I have an 03 6 speed. It takes 2 men and a boy to put in reverse after truck has gone 10 to 20 miles and warmed up. When cold, it's fine. Other gears shift fine. Put in new clutch slave about 10,000 mi ago and trans oil changed every 25k with Pennsoil. Truck has 293,000. I do alot of towing and never had a problem with clutch or transmission except with this reverse issue. Any ideas??
