06 Rail Pressure Too High

The wifes 06 quit on her last night, I went to get her and after cranking it for a minute it started, on the trip home 3/4's of a mile it quit 4 more times. I've got a code P0088 and that is it. The truck is bone stock.

Anyone got any ideas? I pulled the plugs off the CP-3 and the rail pressure transducer and put them back on just to see if they were loose. I can't seem to hear the in tank lift pump run, would that make a difference?
