coolant temp

43 degrees F (~6-8 C) here today. I removed two sections of my winter front because I was towing. The truck seemed to run fairly warm, 200 or a little above. My dad's '03 runs a needle width under 200 and it never moves. My rad was fairly dirty when I bought the truck but, I've blown it out a couple times. The previous owner changed the water pump. Has anyone changed a T-stat yet? Part #? What temp is does your truck run at normally? Smarty Jr was on tow. With the JR it seems to take longer to reach operating temp.
