Destroyed Head! What do I do?

I have had my head warp and give out on me for the third time. ATS is saying its time to buy a new one. Has anyone else have this happen to them? If so what were the causes of it? I dont run mine that hot for very long and I am not adding any timing but from my programmer. If you were to buy another head would it be the same 03.5 or maybe a 05 head with the bigger valves. Then if you did a 05 would you go to even bigger valves? Would you port it any special way or do anything elsr to it?
