3.73 to 4.10 rear end

I will be towing a 5th wheel with max weight of 14,500 lbs I currently have a 48re with a 3.73 rear end. Does anyone have an estimate as to what it would cost to change to a 4.10. it my understanding that I will have to change both the front and rear differentials.

I am only trying to get an estimate of material and labor.
