BG 244 injector cleaner

Since I can't search on "BG 244" because 2 letters cannot be used in a search and nothing comes up under just "injector cleaner", who has used BG 244 and were you pleased. A 32 oz bottle is fifty bucks, is it worth using?? I can have my fuel system flushed with injector cleaner for $250.00 also, any comments on that?
