03 ho to so differences

I just picked up a 03 235hp california emissions motor to swap into my kaiser m715.I was wondering the differences between the mine and the ho motor?? Is there any major differnces?? internals etc i tried searching but turned up blank. Any info is appreciated. thanks Mike
