Rough Idle, only 13,000 miles?

I'm currently experiencing a rough idle at start-up that clears up after a few seconds and a couple taps on the pedal? Could it be only a fuel filter since it's still original. It doesn't occur once the truck is warm. Otherwise the truck runs extremely well.
