Driveshaft U-joint

Hello, Did some searching around and it seems that my driveshaft u-joint is going. It squeaks in reverse. I have a 1100km drive home at the end of the week and would it be alright to drive the truck home or should I get it done as soon as possible? The truck just hit 100,000 kms problem free.
