G56 Trans Cooler... Wanna go in half?

I couldn't pick a good thread for this to go in, so I just stuck it here (mods please move if not appropriate).

I'm interested in installing a transmission cooler on my G56 manual. Genos just came out with a nice product that includes 2 coolers...one for each of the PTO covers.

However, I've also installed 5" exhaust, and the cooler for the passenger side would be very close to the exhaust, thus defeating the whole purpose.

Would anyone want to split the cost of the kit from Geno's Garage? The idea being we would each install a single cooler on the driver's side PTO cover location for better cooling...
