48re question?

Hey guys, you can see what i got in my sig. I've got almost 28k on it now. I do not pull anything as of now, it's just a daily driver. In you guy's opinion, how often should I be changing my tranny fluid? When I do my first change I'd like to use the amsoil fluid. Any thoughts on that are appreciated as well.
