2003 Auto P700 code

Trans strains to move truck when in drive, but moves right away when pulling lever into 1st. Code shows P700. Truck has 157K miles and has been serviced twice since I got it at 90K. Am running Hypertech Stage 2 since I use 100% WVO, gives slightly better mileage than stock. Any ideas and especially where to take it. the dealer here in Greenville does not inspire confidence....
